Your session notes and history are stored locally on your iPhone with AES-256 encryption — never synced to our servers. Live AI conversations are processed in real-time during a session and are never stored. We collect no conversation data on our end.

No. Anchor is completely private. You can choose to share session summaries with your therapist, but it's entirely optional.
You open Anchor, tap to start, and talk naturally — just like you would with a friend. A session can last 15–45 minutes. Afterward, Anchor generates structured notes with patterns, mood insights, and discussion prompts for your next therapy appointment.
No. We have agreements with our AI provider that strictly prohibit using your conversations for model training. Live conversation data is processed ephemerally and immediately discarded after the response is generated.
